While at first glance it would appear that the humidity seems to be similar on either side of the equator, there is a null relationship represented here.
Even without a significant correlation, there are a great number of reports from cities that have 100% humidity. It is difficult to tell if those are the cities that skew the overall data set or if the outliers that do not report much humidity are.
